Account data: name, email, password hash, company name, billing records (via Razorpay; we never store card numbers).
Likeness data (sensitive): photographs and video of your face, audio recordings of your voice, and the AI avatar and voice models derived from them. This is the most sensitive data the Service handles and it gets the strictest treatment below.
Content data: scripts, rendered videos, B-roll assets you upload, captions, scheduling metadata, and post-performance metrics retrieved from connected platforms.
Usage data: feature usage, credit transactions, and technical logs needed to operate and debug the Service.
Your face and voice data are used for exactly one purpose: creating and rendering YOUR avatar and voice models to produce content you request. We do not use your face or voice to train our own general-purpose models, do not sell it, and do not share it with anyone except the processing providers listed in section 4, each bound to process it only for your requests.
Consent is captured at creation time with a timestamp. You can revoke it by deleting the avatar/voice in-app or contacting us; deletion removes our stored copies and instructs providers to delete theirs.
Videos produced by the Service are synthetic media. We append AI-disclosure markers to published captions by default and encourage you to keep them. Some platforms detect synthetic media automatically regardless of labels.
specialist processors for avatar rendering, voice synthesis, script generation, image generation, caption rendering, and stock media; Razorpay (payments); Meta/TikTok/Google (publishing APIs, only for accounts you connect); and our hosting infrastructure. Each receives only the data needed for its function. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
Account data: retained while your account exists. Rendered content: retained so you can re-download it; delete any reel in-app at any time. Likeness data and derived models: deleted on avatar/voice deletion or account closure. Backups age out within 14 days. Credit-ledger and billing records are retained as required for accounting law.
To delete your account and all associated data: contact@superintech.com. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm.
Encryption in transit everywhere; sensitive tokens encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); access limited to operators who need it; nightly backups with rotation. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by law.
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, India DPDP Act, and similar), you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, and restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Exercise any of these at contact@superintech.com; we respond within 30 days.
Material changes to this policy are notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
