ReplicAIted ("the Service"), operated by Super Intellisense Technologies ("we", "us"), is a software platform that creates short-form video content featuring an AI-generated likeness of you: your face (via avatar models) and your voice (via voice cloning), driven by AI-written scripts, with automated editing, captioning, scheduling, publishing, and advertising features.
By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may only upload photographs, video, and audio of YOURSELF, or of a person who has given you explicit, documented consent to create AI-generated content with their likeness and voice. Creating a digital replica of any person without their consent is strictly prohibited, is grounds for immediate account termination without refund, and may violate law in your jurisdiction.
At avatar and voice creation we require you to affirm this consent. We store the affirmation with a timestamp as part of the creation record.
You retain all rights to your likeness. We process your face and voice data solely to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Content produced by the Service is AI-generated synthetic media. Distribution platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others) require disclosure of realistic synthetic content, enforce automated detection (including C2PA content credentials), and apply penalties for unlabeled synthetic media.
The Service appends an AI-disclosure marker to published captions by default. You may customize disclosure text, but removing disclosure entirely is at your own risk and your own responsibility under platform policies and applicable law (including the EU AI Act transparency provisions and analogous rules).
You are solely responsible for the content of your scripts and videos, including accuracy of claims, compliance with advertising law, and platform policy compliance.
Paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance. Metered actions (rendering, AI editing, enhancement, research, voice cloning) consume credits at the rates shown in the app. Scheduling and publishing are free.
Credits from your plan refresh each billing cycle. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. If an action fails on our side, its credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. After cancellation you retain download access to your rendered content and 90 days to use any remaining credit balance.
Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee if you have not rendered any content. After your first render, fees for the current cycle are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is built on third-party AI providers, including avatar rendering (HeyGen), voice synthesis (ElevenLabs, MiniMax), language models (Anthropic), image generation (OpenAI), captioning (Captions/Mirage), stock media (Pexels), payments (Razorpay), and social platform APIs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). Their availability affects the Service; their terms apply to the underlying processing.
We may substitute equivalent providers to maintain or improve the Service.
You may not use the Service to: impersonate any person without consent; produce content that is deceptive about material facts (including political deepfakes); harass, defame, or defraud; violate platform policies at scale; infringe intellectual property; or violate any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Where practical we will warn first; for likeness-without-consent violations, termination is immediate.
You own the videos the Service produces for you, subject to the third-party model providers’ generated-content terms. We own the Service, its software, and its technology. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate the Service (rendering, storage, delivery, support).
With your explicit opt-in only, we may use your content as marketing case studies.
The Service is provided "as is". AI outputs are probabilistic: avatars, voices, scripts, and edits may contain errors or artifacts. We do not guarantee platform reach, engagement, follower growth, or revenue outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including platform account penalties arising from your content choices.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mohali, Punjab, India.
